An opportunity has arisen within the Department for a full time Customer Services Officer. The post holder will be expected to provide frontline customer service from the Council's Customer Care Centres and Contact Centre (Call Torfaen).
The department operates blended working, so the post holder will have the opportunity to work from home as well as in our Customer Care Centres. The post holder will also be expected to handle customer enquiries via the Council's mobile app, website and via social media.
