They must also have thorough exceptional understanding and awareness of a range of high-quality teaching and learning strategies and be an excellent classroom practitioner.

We will expect the successful candidate to role mode, lead by example, empower and develop abilities in others, systematically encouraging reflection on practice and techniques for improvement.

The successful candidate would possess a degree in mathematics, or a mathematics-based equivalent subject.
