The role will be to assist the team in the delivery of the smooth running of the service in line with the Digital/Technology Enabled Care Strategic Vision set by Welsh Government.
The successful applicant will ideally have knowledge of relevant legislation including the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.
The post holder will need to have a flexible approach to the hours worked and be available to cover colleagues during periods of leave etc. The role will involve visiting service users in their own home to install and maintain Community Alarm and Telecare equipment along with the management of relevant data.
Excellent customer service skills are a requirement of the post along with high levels of accuracy in the use of computer systems.
