Would you like to work in an outstanding childcare team? Blaenau Gwent Flying Start is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and hardworking childcare practitioner to act as Key Worker responsible for the overall development of a group of children which includes producing Individual Play Plans. Alternatively, this post may be required to provide one to one support to a child or smaller group of children who require a higher level of support.

The post holder is required to work in either of the 2 Local Authority childcare settings across the County Borough and work effectively as part of a team in providing high quality childcare for 5 mornings/afternoons per week for children aged 2-3 years old.
