The postholder will add an important function to Cardiff Parenting and Play Services, which is valued by the team.
The postholder will work with colleagues in our Cardiff Parenting & Play team and our Early Help Business Unit to identify tasks for completion independently or as part of a collaborative team.

What We Are Looking For From YouThe successful postholder will:
- Trained and proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Proven experience of working in an office environment in the public, voluntary or commercial sector.
- Experience of the full range of office systems and procedures.
- Experience of using and creating spreadsheets and databases.
- Can demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.

This role is part-time at 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. The advertised salary is based on a full-time role (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). The actual salary will be lower than the advertised salary because of the part-time hours and weeks worked.
This post is temporary until 31st March 2026.
