In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support and conducting reviews for mainstream foster carers. Your expertise in carrying out assessments, creating plans, and conducting reviews will be invaluable as you navigate the complexities of family dynamics and understand the needs of children who are unable to live with their parents.
You will be part of a dynamic fostering service that not only supports and supervises foster carers but also recruits and provides placement services across Children's Services. Working closely with colleagues, you will contribute to a team and service that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
We look for individuals who possess a thorough understanding of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act and other pertinent legislation. Staying current with emerging issues is essential, as is having experience or a keen interest in working within this field.
