Havenhurst provides assessment, respite, and rehabilitation services to help clients return to their own homes.
Role Overview Working under the general supervision of the Manager/Senior Accommodation Worker, you will:
- Attend to the personal needs of clients in line with the Care Council for Wales Code of Practice
- Assess client needs and report/record observations as part of the Havenhurst team
- Provide physical and emotional care, creating a supportive, homely environment to help clients achieve maximum independence
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the home
This post is worked over a two-week rolling rota. Week 1 = 2 x PM shift (14:30 - 21:00) on a Friday & Sunday and 1x AM shift (08:00 - 14:30) on a Saturday. Week 2 = 1 x AM shift Wednesday and 2x PM shifts on Thursday & Friday. You will also be entitled to an uplift for working weekends.
