Our Residential Care Homes
Our residential services provide people with the extra care and support they might need. We aim to create a homely and welcoming environment for the people we support, their family and friends, and staff. We support people with a range of different needs and we enable people to live the life they want.
At M&D Care, we aim to provide the people we support with the skills to live independently. Our supported living environments offer a step-down from residential support, which enables people to live in their own community based accommodation within a service that is staffed 24 hours of the day. The aim is to offer advice and practical support around daily living and to offer the people we support greater independence, whilst also providing an environment that feels safe and secure.
We provide essential care and support for people who live in their own homes. This support is built around people’s needs and routines to helps them remain in their home in a safe and supported way. Helping people stay connected with their communities is one of the most important aspects of this service. Domiciliary care enables people to keep doing the things that matter most to them while staying connected to their friends and families, more and more people are choosing to use home care services to get the care they need.
