Support Worker – Nights
We have a number of shifts available, full or part-time guaranteed hours, or occasional hours if you prefer working with flexibility.
We are situated in the peaceful, rural outskirts of Caerleon in South Wales, Llanhennock Lodge is home for 34 adults with physical disabilities. Our home is surrounded by beautiful views of the countryside and with the Breacon Beacons, Wye Valleys and South Wales coast nearby, there’s always plenty to enjoy. Newport is a short drive away.
As a Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant with Leonard Cheshire you’ll provide a high level of care and support to vulnerable people, enabling them to live the life they choose. You’ll assist with daily tasks including personal care, medication and assistance at mealtimes, motivating and encouraging choice and participation.
Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant is desirable but not essential as we offer an excellent training and induction programme to get you fully trained in your new role!
