This position qualifies for a market supplement payment of £200 per month. Please note this additional payment will be reviewed on 31 March 2023.

We have opportunities in Ceredigion for qualified social workers to work with children and families in the arena of those who require part 4 and 6 SSWBA care & support plans.

The Authority is committed to a strengths-based approach using Signs of Safety and is in the process of transformation to a through-age and whole family model which offers greater flexibility to develop plans & services to meet needs and has resulted in some exciting opportunities for collaborative working between departments within the authority as well as with our partner agencies

There will also be opportunities to specialise in the area of your choice.

We are seeking Individuals with a degree of fluency in the Welsh language, A successful applicant without the required Welsh language skills will be fully supported to reach the desired standard within 2 years of appointment.

The successful candidate may be eligible to up to a maximum of £8,000 (including VAT) towards the cost of expenses incurred as a result of relocating to the county of Ceredigion.
