It is immensely rewarding to provide care and education for young children but managing a childcare business can also be extremely challenging. It’s important that you take the necessary steps to build a robust, sustainable business. In this Expert Session, our panel will explore childcare as a career path, the different childcare settings, and suggest steps to help your childcare business thrive.

Recruitment and Retention in the Childcare Sector

In this Childcare Expert Session, our speakers will explore strategies for employee
recruitment and retention, with a particular focus on engaging millennials. They will
also discuss the diversity challenges within in the sector, including the lack of male
recruits, and cover the importance of staff contracts and handbooks.
