Values Based Recruitment Programme

We all want children, young people and adults to get the right support from the right people. The Values Based Recruitment Programme is an in-depth programme for care providers in the adult and children’s workforces.
These interactive online workshops will provide you with practical step-by-step processes to recruit people with the right values. There will be ongoing support and resources to help you put what you’ve learnt into practice.
