Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the temporary position of Workforce Development officer for Workforce Service, Integrated Adults and Community services, via a fixed term contract/secondment for 18 months.
The Workforce Development Officer will report to the Section Manager Workforce and will lead and coordinate workforce development activities across Integrated Adult and Community Services, ensuring stakeholder engagement, effective delivery of learning and development programmes within budget, compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement in service quality through collaboration, consultation, and representation on key groups.
As this can be offered on a secondment basis you should discuss and seek agreement from your manager in advance of the application.
This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post. We are committed to our Welsh language and are proud of our Welsh culture.
