System Support Officer

Duties for the System Support Officers include:
• Providing induction training for new staff members.
• Ongoing training for existing staff, including the roll out of new functionality.
• System administration, including staffing the team's helpdesk on a rota basis.
• Assisting with validation and audit work.
• Assisting the team with understanding the department's business and technical requirements to enable the on-going development of its client information systems.

You will be fully supported and mentored by your colleagues to undertake a variety of tasks, making every day different and interesting.

The role will benefit from working within a hybrid model, which means a balance of working from home and at the state of the art building in Colwyn Bay.
