Total earnings between: 
£33,236.12 - £34,733.68 (depending on experience).
(Grade 5 salary is now: £26,403 - £27,694 pro-rata + 16%: £4,224.48 - £4,431.04 contribution for unsocial hours and weekend working + 64 sleep ins per year totalling £2,608.64)

West Lodge Children's Residential Home sits near the picturesque village of St Ishmaels, Haverfordwest. We provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive temporary home for young people between 7 and 17 years of age who have experienced a range of adverse childhood experiences. 
We are looking for experienced and compassionate 
Support Workers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will help us deliver a dynamic, person-centred service, in line with Care Inspectorate Wales regulations. 
Our team works on an annualised rota, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to ensure West Lodge remains a consistently warm, welcoming, and happy environment. Flexibility is essential to maintain the high standard of care our residents deserve.
