The team support people into further education, and focus on helping people to develop independence, set up their own homes and find meaningful work based or social activities to give them an enriched and fulfilling life. The support worker role will be to directly work with citizens on directed tasks to meet well-being goals and aspirations in conjunction with their Social Workers through the care planning process. Monthly professional supervision, along with on-site managerial support and progressive training opportunities make this team a nurturing place to develop and support career satisfaction and progression. Ideal as a first step working in Social Care or as a development role from caring in the community/care homes.
