We are recruiting for the above to support adults within a domiciliary service who have learning disabilities or are recovering from mental health issues. You will be required to support them to gain access to their local and wider community. You will be required to provide support in relation to all daily living tasks in and around the home, supporting them in relation to shopping, and other activities. Successful candidates will need to have knowledge in the following criteria:-
Previous experience preferable in supporting vulnerable adults. Be able to work as part of a team or alone.
Good standard of numeracy and literacy skills. Be able to receive and convey information both orally and written. Full and Clean Driving Licence (preferred)
