The post holder will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver
person-centred care and support to individuals within the community and in our supported living setting in Pembroke, in line with service needs.
The role involves supporting young adults with profound and multiple learning difficulties to engage in opportunities that are meaningful, empowering, and aligned with their individual goals. The aim is to help each person continue their learning and development, build a quality lifestyle, and work towards maximum independence, in partnership with the We Can Project.
This role requires flexibility, as the post holder will work on a
rotational basis, including
evenings, nights, and weekends, to ensure the highest standard of care and continuity of support for the people we serve.
No prior experience is necessary as we provide a comprehensive induction and training program. We welcome candidates with varied backgrounds who are eager to make a difference. If you have experience in the field, it's a bonus!
We are committed to your professional development. As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to undertake not only a QCF Level 2 qualification but also a Level 2 in Positive Behavioral Support. Our team will provide the necessary support and guidance to help you achieve these milestones.
