Job description

Pembrokeshire County Council presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about working in Social Care. We are seeking to recruit support workers in to part-time posts for both day and night shifts at a Supported Living Service in Pembroke. Various hours are available, with a maximum of 24.5 hours per week. The post holder will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care and support to individuals within the community and in our supported living setting in Pembroke, in line with service needs.

The role involves supporting young adults with profound and multiple learning difficulties to engage in opportunities that are meaningful, empowering, and aligned with their individual goals. The aim is to help each person continue their learning and development, build a quality lifestyle, and work towards maximum independence, in partnership with the We Can Project.
