You’ll be supporting three individuals in their own home, each with different needs and personalities. This includes supporting one person who experiences OCD and another who requires some personal care. All three individuals have learning disabilities, and your role will be to help them live as independently as possible—supporting their choices in daily life, such as what to eat, wear, or do, as well as in bigger decisions like managing their money, planning holidays, or making their home feel just right for them.
