Overall job purpose The post holder will be responsible for the professional supervision of the Occupational Therapy staff within Isle of Anglesey County Council . They will ensure work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation, policy, guidance and accepted good practice.
As an experienced Occupational Therapist, the post holder will provide support with triaging incoming referrals into Teulu Mon, in order to ensure that service users receive the right service, first time. It is anticipated that the post holder will hold a small caseload of complex work.
The post holder will achieve objectives through effective co - working with the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist and CRT Team Leaders. They will be responsible professionally for front line Occupational Therapy practitioners. The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist and the Team Leaders in the development of a quality service that safeguards and improves the wellbeing of Adults on Ynys Mon.
The post holder will be supported and supervised by the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist.
