Social Worker – Families First

You will work with secondary and primary schools, social services and local partners to improve children's and young people's lives by overcoming barriers to learning.

You will hold your own caseload and ensure the implementation of plans and monitor progress that involves service users, carers and professional agencies.

It is essential that you have experience of working with children and families, hold a DipSW/degree or equivalent recognised social work qualification, and be registered with Social Care Wales. Crucially, you are committed to working in partnership with families, your team and other professionals, helping to create somewhere children have a voice and are heard.
