Social Worker - Childcare Disability Team

The Childcare Disability Team is a well-established and stable team; we have a high level of team morale and staff turn-over remains low. The team consists of experienced Social Workers, Practice Support Workers, Portage Workers and Administrative Support. The successful applicant will have access to established management structures, regular supervision (at a minimum of every 28 days), and access to training for ongoing learning and development opportunities. Neath Port Talbot Children&©s Services has one of the lowest caseloads across Wales, allowing staff the capacity to provide high-quality support.
