Come and join our team An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated Adult Safeguarding Team in Carmarthenshire Local Authority.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Social Worker who is committed to upholding the rights and well-being of adults at risk in our community. - Collaborate with partner agencies to protect adults from abuse, neglect, and harm
- Work directly with adults at risk, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met

you'll bring:
- A professional social work qualification (e.g., BA, MA, or equivalent)

**Experienced Practitioner Progression Framework
The 'Framework' recognises Social Workers who have completed their consolidation programme, and who routinely undertake complex social work practice. It also recognises those Social Workers who undertake relevant post qualifying, CPD programmes and research, which could include being a Practice Educator who has 2nd and 3rd year Students, or an AMHP licenced and practicing within the Authority.

DBS level: An Enhanced with Barred List Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this job. It is an offence to apply for the role if the applicant is barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children or adults at risk
Welsh language level - verbal Level 3 - You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level
