Come and join our team This is an exciting opportunity to join our integrated Disability Team on a temporary basis until August 2026. Based in Ammanford the team covers a wide geographical area across Carmarthenshire.
Working with children and young people from 0-25 yrs old the role will require you to undertake assessments, care planning and direct work. The chosen applicant will work alongside social workers, health and education professionals to provide a comprehensive service to disabled children and young people, and their families.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role and we welcome applications from individuals who have experience working with disability, supporting children, young people and working with families in need of support.
