Key Responsibilities: - Support the Team Manager with day-to-day team operations and support complex casework.
- Deputise for the Team Manager, including screening and allocation.
- Provide supervision, performance reviews, and professional development support.
- Lead and contribute to MDT meetings and partnership working.
- Support strategic planning, service improvement, and innovative practice.
- Carry out specialist assessments and guide others in complex cases.
- Work in partnership with the stakeholders involved with Reablement services
About You: - Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
- Significant experience within relevant services.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work creatively within available resources.
- Practice assessor or willingness to undertake training.
- Full driving licence.
