Senior Support Workers to join our team and play a key role in delivering and shaping Carmarthenshire's
in house Home Care Service.In this senior role, you will not only deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support, but also provide guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day support to our dedicated team of Home Care Workers. Working as part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, you will be committed to making a real difference, one person at a time. You will both support and be supported to achieve the best possible outcomes and make a real difference.
What are we looking for?We are seeking 10 dedicated people who either hold a
QCF Level 3 qualification or have a QCF Level 2 and are committed to working towards the QCF Level 3. You will be
confident, compassionate, and
highly motivated individuals, ready to make a meaningful impact within our team.
