Job description
Work base: Coed Pella
This is an exciting opportunity to form part of a job share as Section Manager of The Mental Wellness Team, who work with adults. The job share is for 3 days, Wed-Fri and is for a 12 month term.
The Mental Wellness Team are part of the Vulnerable People Service provides which a safe service to children, adults and their carers in delivering support, direction and advice to prevent or avert crisis. As such there is a varied available resource of experienced practitioners to meet the diverse needs of our communities.
We work closely with partners, and other services to provide specialist support and interventions for people experiencing complex needs due to ongoing mental health needs.
