Gofal Cymru Care Ltd is a leading provider of residential care and support services across Cardiff and the Vale. We’re on the lookout for a passionate, experienced, and strategic leader to join us as a Responsible Individual (RI) for our children’s residential services.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll oversee multiple homes, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with Registered Managers and care teams to deliver trauma-informed, child-centred support that transforms lives.
What we’re looking for: - Proven leadership in CIW-registered children’s residential care - Deep understanding of trauma-informed practice - Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) - Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - Level 5 Diploma & Welsh language skills (desirable)
