In this very important and rewarding role, you will provide all aspects of care, on an individual and group basis, including preparing young people for independence.
As a residential worker, in our care support team, you will be involved in helping to implement individual care plans, and undertake household duties, as well as some individual tasks and social support in order to enable the children and young people in our care to flourish and develop more independently.
