An opportunity has arisen for an RCO - 28 hrs per week, to work as part of the staff team at Ty Cila, adult service provision -short break service.We are looking to give the right person an opportunity to work with us.
- The service supports up to 12 individuals who come to stay for a short break.
- We support individuals with care and support needs, and help people to meet their personal outcomes, ensuring what matters to the person is always most important.
- We work closely with families and carers to ensure we understand each person and that each respite stay is a fun and enjoyable experience.
This is how we can help you do a great job and few things that may matter to you.- You will be part of a dynamic team
- You will be supported to undertake the relevant training, to gain understanding, knowledge and skills to undertake the role.
- You will receive regular supervision, guidance, support and encouragement in the role.
- You will work 4 days per week on a rota basis -to be agreed with you, including morning, afternoons nightshifts, weekends and bank holiday shifts.
