Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours per week. Working to a 4 week rota that includes weekend work for which an enhancement will be paid. To ensure consistency of service there is an expectation to work some of the contracted hours during an occasional part /nightshift.
Main Place of Work: Southway, Cowbridge
Description: This is an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate a committed staff group in providing a quality service to older people who reside in Southway. You will need to have a relevant professional qualification, experience in caring for older people and people living with a dementia and successful experience in managing social care or nursing care services.
About youYou will need:- Minimum of 2 years' experience in adult social care or nursing home management
- QCF level 5 management social care or Level 4 and registered to work toward level 5
- Registered with Care Council for Wales or committed to registering within 3 months of appointment
