Job description
Brief descriptionThe Registered Manager holds overall responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant operation of Brynawel’s 24-bed residential rehabilitation service. The postholder will be the Registered Manager with Social Care Wales and CIW. The RM will ensure legislative and regulatory compliance across the service, maintain strong governance and quality assurance systems, and support the strategic development of the charity. You will lead the team to deliver on our strategic plan, focusing on quality outcomes and sustainability.
• Register with SCW as Registered Manager and fulfil all legal obligations attached to the role.
• Lead the day-to-day management of the residential service.
