About Us: Shared Lives is a highly successful way of supporting people to live in their communities as part of a family, giving them choice and control over their care and support. Our approach is based on relationships that truly transform lives, both for individuals and their Shared Lives carers.
The Role: We are looking for a positive and highly motivated individual to join our friendly and supportive team. As a Recruitment and Assessment Officer, you will play a key role in marketing, media, and the initial contact assessment of potential Shared Lives carers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and advertising the service to attract new carers.
- Maintaining an agreed caseload of potential carers.
- Engaging in patch-based work across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, and Pembrokeshire.

Requirements:- Previous experience in a social or healthcare setting.
- Experience in meaningful community engagement through marketing and advertising.
