Do you have a passion for listening to children and adults, making sure their voices lead to real change? We're offering an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and experienced professional to work closely with senior managers, frontline staff, and partner agencies to champion quality assurance and continuous improvement across Social Services.
In this role, you will:
• Support the development and refinement of policies and procedures • Provide expert guidance to ensure high standards in service delivery • Promote meaningful engagement with children, young people and adults • Help ensure their voices are heard and reflected in the services we provide • Creating high-quality, visually engaging reports using Canva or similar design tools.
This is a chance to make a lasting impact-without the intensity of frontline work-by helping shape services that truly meet the needs of children, adults and families. If you're ready to bring your experience, insight, and heart to a role that values thoughtful change and collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.
Ambitious: Forward thinking, embracing new ways of working and investing in our future. Open: Open to different ideas and being accountable for the decisions we take. Description: This post will support consultation and engagement with citizens, practitioners and partners and will be required to ensure continual overview and delivery of relevant up to date policies and procedures.
