Job description

We are looking for an Internal Quality Assurance Auditor, ideally with a background knowledge of School Catering & Cleaning or Health and Safety.

Reporting to the Projects, Data & Systems Manager, the role will focus on excellence in compliance, have a keen eye for detail and ensure follow up of any shortcomings in our schools or council establishments.

This role is integral to ensuring the Catering and Cleaning services maintain the ISO 9001:2015 quality system by thorough quality audit reviews. The department is committed to ensuring the highest levels of compliance therefore driving continuous improvement within Torfaen schools.

Strong communication skills are essential to ensure operational teams are supported and ensuring schools are operating in a safe manner.
