Come and join our team We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Regional Partnership Team in supporting and facilitating our partners in developing integrated and seamless services. The use of data and intelligence to inform and shape strategic and financial decisions is key to our future vision in developing an Integrated Community Care System for West Wales. This role will increase our capacity to collate, map and analysis the diverse information that can underpin decision making and performance reporting. We are looking to develop our tools, such as dashboards, benefits realisation and frameworks and the successful candidate will play a major role in delivering successful projects. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who has an aptitude for research, data collation and analysis, but also the strong interpersonal skills required for forging relationships with our diverse partners.
