Come and join our team We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of our new Delta Direct service - an innovative wellbeing and independence offer helping people live safely and confidently in their own homes.
Delta Wellbeing is an award-winning local authority trading company and a centre of excellence for Technology Enabled Care, using innovative technology to provide a range of solutions in the health and social care sector to support older and vulnerable people to live more independently.
The company has grown significantly since it was established in 2018 and provides bilingual call monitoring and other support services including telecare and telehealth alarm monitoring, TEC installation, community welfare response, lone working monitoring and out-of-hours emergency housing repairs to local authorities, health boards, housing associations, educational settings, private companies and residents.
You'll coordinate the full Delta Direct implementation, ensuring that operational, digital, marketing and customer pathways all align to deliver a seamless service. You'll also provide line management to two Growth & Engagement Officers, guiding their work to achieve community engagement and customer sign-up targets.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident in managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
