Practitioner- Communication Passports Service

Due to our recent success in gaining additional funding, we are currently recruiting for a new Practitioner.

The role will include extensive travel across North Wales to meet clients in their own homes.

Part-time 22.5 hours per week –Working pattern to be agreed but can be flexible.

Candidates must have an interest in promoting children’s rights and experience of direct work with children and young people with communication difficulties.

Candidates must also be able to demonstrate TGP Cymru values. Values are important to us, and we are seeking candidates who believe in our values as much as we do.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,100 per annum (pro-rata) Please note TGP Cymru normally appoint at the beginning of the salary scale.
