Come and join our team We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused, Occupational Therapist to join our Home Adaptations Team. The team is multi-skilled team responsible for delivering disabled adaptations to both council tenants and owner occupiers, with the aim of maintaining client independence, reducing the impact on other services such as Home Care, NHS, and emergency services and to improve tenants' health and well-being and quality of life.
You will manage your own caseload and work together with Occupational Therapists and technical staff to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
The successful candidate will need to be an excellent team player, work effectively with partner organizations, confident in your approach and the ability to work with vulnerable clients within their home environment.
