This role supports older people, including people living with dementia, who either reside at the home or stay temporarily. The successful applicant will work nights alongside Night Care Assistants to support residents' nighttime needs.

- You will be part of a team of experienced Night care officers & Night care assistants
- You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support to gain the relevant understanding knowledge and skills for the role. You will be required to undertake the relevant training to become a registered care worker with Social care Wales.
- You will receive a thorough & paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role.
- You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role.
- Other benefits include the Excellent rate of pay with attached enhancements for weekend evening and bank holiday working, as well as an Excellent annual leave entitlement.
- You will have a nighttime shift pattern, covering 2 nights (20-hour post) or 1 night (10-hour post) per week, to include working weekends & bank holidays. You will have a contract.
