An Exciting Opportunity has arisen to work within St Johns Residential Care Home in the Manselton area, as a Night Care officer -20-hours per week.
St Johns supports older people and older people with lower-level dementia care needs, to stay for respite breaks, short term stays and long-term stays.
The support of the night team, led by the Night Care Officer, is a most important and valued role and is integral to the effective support of the individuals staying in the home.

• You will be part of a team.
• You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support and gain the relevant understanding knowledge and skills for the role.
• You will receive a thorough & paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role.
• You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role.
• Other benefits include the Excellent rate of pay with attached enhancements for weekend evening and bank holiday working, as well as an Excellent annual leave entitlement.
• You will have a Shift pattern and work 2 nights per week and a 20 -hour contract.
