We're searching for a
Flying Start Mobile Childcare Worker to join our busy, warm, and supportive team. This role involves running mobile crèche sessions alongside our Parenting Team, helping parents take part in their groups knowing their children are safe, happy, and well cared for.

About the RoleAs a Flying Start Mobile Childcare Worker, you will:
- Set up and run mobile crèche sessions in different community settings
- Plan and deliver fun, stimulating play activities
- Support children's early learning and wellbeing through play
- Work alongside the parenting team to help families take part in programmes
- Create safe, welcoming environments where every child feels valued
- Build positive, friendly relationships with families and colleagues
- Be part of a team that is nurturing, adaptable, open, busy, reflective and encouraging
