About the jobThe successful candidate will support various roles throughout the CRT service, providing 1-to-1 support and assisting through the provision of training and work quality checks.
The successful candidate will offer support to ensure compliance across the service in relation to meeting training standards. They will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and the Reablement Training Officer, on the implementation and maintenance of procedures to ensure all staff are kept up to date suitably trained in relation to procedural changes.
What We Are Looking For From YouYou will need to be an extremely motivated individual with a passion for promoting independence through a strength based approach, as well as an excellent communicator.
You will have excellent organisational, coordination skills and the ability to listen, act and inform as well as excellent ICT skills and experience of mentoring customers/staff and have experience of maintaining excellent statistical records
You will need to have experience of working in challenging environments and supporting the implementation of change.
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, and Community Languages would be an advantage.
