Leaving Care Team Manager

We're recruiting for a Team Manager in our Leaving care service - someone who can drive forward improved practice, performance and quality plans across Children's Social Care. Do you have what it takes?
If you have proven knowledge in leading and managing people, and you're skilled in employee engagement you might be the person we're looking for.

We want someone who will take a coaching and reflective approach to supervision to enable others to improve their practice, manage risks and keep children and young people safe. Does this sound like you?

Leading on our Corporate Parent strategic plan
Connecting with key partners and stakeholders on an operational and strategic level
Developing our key multi-agency partnerships
Engaging with elected members and senior council officers
