We're looking for a kind, fun, and friendly Early Language Facilitator to join our lovely team! If you love working with children and families, have a bit of experience in early years, and hold a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent, then we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing: - Visiting families in their homes and working with children in group settings to help boost their language skills.
- Making learning fun and engaging, because we believe children learn best when they're happy and relaxed.
- Building strong, positive relationships with families, offering support and encouragement along the way.
- Working as part of a team that's supportive, approachable, and always ready to share a laugh.
What we're looking for: - Someone who's warm, approachable, and really cares about children and families.
- A person who's fun and creative, with a good sense of humor.
- Someone who's a great listener and enjoys working directly with children and families.
- Experience in early years and a relevant qualification in the early years.
