[Internal] Early Language Support Officer x2

We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic, and self-motivated person, passionate about Speech, Language and Communication to join the Early Language Support team in Torfaen. The Early Years service supports families with children with communication delay \/ emerging needs across Torfaen.
The Early Years Language Support Officer will work closely with our experienced team to identify and support children who may need additional help with their speech, language and communication development.
Early Language Support Officer's deliver universal and targeted activities, to promote and support Speech, Language and Communication development, interventions are delivered both individually and in small groups, working in partnership with families.

Welsh Language Skills are desirable for this post but not essential.
