The Planner will provide support to the Team Lead to ensure the delivery of a high quality flexible social care service in accordance with statutory and service area requirements for its provision.
Duties include being responsible for the administrative functions, scheduling support workers rotas and producing statistical information for budgetary purposes. You will support the Team Lead in monitoring, reviewing and the evaluating of services provided, maintaining service provision and operational data using IT systems for service users and support workers. You will be responsible for the cost centre and annual updates and ensure regular updating of charging policy\/financial information in relation to service users. You will also process invoices and raise purchase requisitions for PPE and other orders in accordance with the Councils Financial Management Guide.
