Information Assistant

Wrexham Family Information Service (WFIS) is seeking a positive, enthusiastic, empathic, highly organised and flexible person for this role.

The successful candidate will form part of a team that provides information, advice and guidance to families by answering enquiries by phone, email, in person and through social media as the first point of contact for parents.

This role will also form part of the team that will be answering enquiries about the Childcare Offer for Wales through the new National Childcare Offer helpline, which will be hosted by Wrexham.

The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills, organisational skills, and ICT skills, as well as having a good understanding of information management.
