Look no further! The Home Care service is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Home Care Monitoring Officer.
Permanent positions available however, fixed term and secondment opportunities will also be considered, please gain approval from your manager if applying for a secondment.
About the role
The Home Care Monitoring Officers role is key to the effective operation of the busy Home Care Service.
Key responsibilities include supporting and motivating staff to deliver a personalised service, in partnership with service users. Monitoring Officer's are responsible for ensuring the service enables individuals to maximise their independence, achieve their agreed outcomes and meet CSSIW domiciliary care standards. Working in partnership with service users and staff, to oversee and continually monitor service provision, ensuring the principles of independence are achieved.
Good IT skills, leadership experience and experience in a care- setting is essential for the role
The Home Care service operates 365 days a year and the Monitoring Officer role includes working every other weekend, some evenings and some day shifts on a rolling rota basis.
As an agile worker you will work a combination of home based and office based hours.

A level 3 qualification is essential for this role e.g. NVQ 3 in Care or NVQ 3 in Management (gained in a care setting)
